Welcome to the third edition of Near+Far: a colourful, jaunty and inspirational ode to travel, designed to spark joy just by looking through its pages (even if you have no intention to travel to one of the many places we jet off to).

This includes two stunning riverboats, an Art Nouveau Red Sea mansion and four Art Deco Cairo apartments, once home to the likes of Omar Sharif and now a revamped tribute to the golden days. We drive around Provence (in the new Ghost Series II) to see where Rolls-Royce owners travel (a billionaire’s boutique villa-meets-art lair to rent this summer).
Last year, we fell in love with Vienna, and 2025 will see the Austrian capital celebrate 200 years of Viennese superstar, Johann Strauss II. I hope I can convey a touch of the magic this city offers: its ballrooms, grandeur, palaces, the waltz. I feel nostalgic and sparkly just thinking of it.
